Bitumen Emulsion Plant
The Bitumen Emulsion Plant features a powerful 30 kW colloid mill capable of producing particle sizes between 2-6 µm, even with 50/70 penetration bitumen, by adjusting the gap between the disks. It is designed with a compact container-type structure, allowing for easy transport and installation in a standard 20-foot container.
The mill, bitumen pump, bitumen valves, and bitumen and emulsion pipelines are all jacket-heated, ensuring smooth transfer and consistent production. The design facilitates efficient operation and reliable bitumen emulsion production.
Our plant is equipped to handle acidic water, featuring a high-capacity, rubber-geared imported water-acid-emulsifier pump, ensuring precise production and control.
