Drummix Type Fixed/Mobile Asphalt Plants

The difference between drummix plants (continuum) and batch types is that they can produce continuously without weighing.

In drummix plants, the mixing process and drying process can be done in the same place (dryer) or in the mixer if desired.

We produce drummix plants between 40 tons / hour and 240 tons / hour. Since drummix plants do not have a lot of equipment, they are much more affordable than batch type plants.

In Drummix plants, instead of filters, water cyclones can be used, and filter units are also included.

There is no sieve, aggregate and filler elevator in the system, and accordingly, the under-sieve silo weighing group is not included in these plants.

Production is continuous as in mechanical stabilization plants.

We have product types that mix in bitumen and aggregate driers, and we also have a type of production where a mixer is added to the system and the mixture is made in the mixer in line with customer demands.

There is no hot silo in our standard types.

However, a hot silo is added to the system as an option.
